Manufacturing method of astaxanthin solution with improved stability and cosmetic composition comprising the same

Disclosed is a manufacturing method of an astaxanthin solution comprising: a step (a) of putting astaxanthin in medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil or ethanol and agitating the same to generate a mixed solution; and a step (b) of putting a surfactant, a thickener, and a stabilizer into the mixed solution to agitate the same. The astaxanthin solution, manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the present invention, has excellent solubility of astaxanthin, is excellent for improvement effects on thermal stability and oxidation stability. A cosmetic composition containing the astaxanthin as an active ingredient is not discolored at any temperature conditions and maintains the content of astaxanthin, such that stability is improved. In addition, antioxidation effect can be considerably improved due to a synergistic effect by the stabilizer in the astaxanthin solution. 본 발명은 (a) 아스타잔틴을 MCT(Medium-chain triglyceride) 오일 또는 에탄올에 넣고 교반하여 혼합액을 생성하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 혼합액에 계면활성제, 점증제 및 안정화제를 넣고 교반하는 단계;를 포함하는 아스타잔틴 용액의 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 제조방법으로 제조된 아스타잔틴 용액은 아스타잔틴의 용해도가 우수하고, 열 안정성 및 산화 안정성에 대한 개선 효과가 우수하며, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물은 다양한 온도 조건에서도 변색되지 않고, 아스타잔틴의 함량을 유지시킬 수 있으므로, 안정성이 향상되고, 또한 아스타잔틴 용액 내 안정화제에 의한 상승효과로 항산화 효과가 현저하게 향상될 수 있다.
