Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a sprinkler truck that protects a water pump by controlling an auxiliary engine by measuring a water level in real time. In particular, the present invention relates to a new concept technology that prevents damage caused by the operation of the water pump at low water levels by controlling the RPM of the auxiliary engine in an integrated controller based on real-time measurement information of the water level in the water tank at each stage. Conventionally disclosed water sprinklers do not know a water level inside a water tank from inside a vehicle during work, so they finish the work and replenish water with a buzzer of a low water level sensor. Due to noise during operation, the buzzer of the low water level sensor cannot be recognized, causing the water pump to be damaged if work is not stopped. The present invention is a way to eliminate these problems by installing a water level sensor capable of measuring the water level in each stage in the water tank, and allowing users to check real-time water level information using analog gauges and digital gauges provided in an integrated controller in a driver's seat through step-by-step sensor information. The sprinkler truck includes a water level sensor; and an integrated controller consisting of analog gauges and digital gauges. 본 발명은 실시간 수위 측정으로 보조엔진을 제어하여 물펌프를 보호하는 살수차에 관한 것으로, 특히 본 발명은 물탱크의 수위를 단계별로 실시간 측정한 정보를 기반으로 통합 컨트롤러에서 보조엔진의 RPM을 제어하여 저수위시 물펌프가 작동함에 따른 파손을 방지하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 살수차는 작업시 차량 내부에서 물탱크 내부의 수위를 알 수 없어 저수위 센서의 부저로 작업을 끝내고 물 보충을 하는데, 운전중 소음으로 인해 저수위 센서의 부저를 인식하지 못해 작업을 중지하지 않는 경우 물펌프가 파손되는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 물탱크 안에 단계별 수위 측정이 가능한 수위 레벨센서를 설치하여 단계별 센서정보를 통해 운전석의 통합 컨트롤러에 구비된 아날로그 게이지 및 디지털 게이지로 실시간 수위 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
