Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cooling and heating system linked to a PVT and an air source heat pump. By using a heat pump using a multi-heat source of a water-cooled heat exchanger and an air-cooled heat exchanger along with a PVT collector, power generation through PVT collectors can be implemented. In addition, depending on a user's various embodiment, multiple heat sources can be used simultaneously or only one heat source can be used selectively. Thus, the cooling and heating system linked to a PVT and an air source heat pump allows easy use of hot water supply, heating, and cooling operation modes. The cooling and heating system linked to a PVT and an air source heat pump comprises: a PVT collector; a multi-source heat pump; a heat storage tank for hot water supply; and a combination type heat storage tank. 본 발명은 PVT 및 공기열원 히트펌프 연계 냉난방 시스템에 관한 것으로서, PVT 집열기와 함께 수냉식 열교환기와 공랭식 열교환기의 멀티열원을 이용한 히트펌프를 함께 이용하여, PVT 집열기를 통한 전력생산은 물론이거니와, 사용자의 다양한 실시예에 따라 멀티열원을 동시에 이용하거나 하나만 선택적으로 이용하여, 급탕, 난방, 냉방운전모드를 용이하게 이용할 수 있도록 하는 PVT 및 공기열원 히트펌프 연계 냉난방 시스템에 관한 것이다.
