Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a torrefaction apparatus for producing biochar by slow pyrolysis of organic waste under conditions of limited air supply, and to a torrefaction apparatus for producing biochar from organic waste, which can remove an odor of gas generated during the drying of organic waste, wherein a first and second sludge drying pipe are installed in a vertical two-stage structure, a torrefaction pipe for torrefying dried sludge is installed below the sludge drying pipes, a drying pipe outer tube is installed to enclose the first and second sludge drying pipes and the torrefaction pipe, hot air generated from a hot air supplier is supplied into the drying pipe outer tube to sequentially carry out sludge drying and torrefaction processes, and generated gas discharged from the first and second sludge drying pipes and exhaust gas generated from the drying pie outer tube are mixed, then pass through a low-temperature plasma device to be in contact with an arc plasma, to remove pollutants contained in the generated gas and exhaust gas. 본 발명은 유기성 폐기물을 공기공급이 제한되는 조건에서 저속 열분해하여 바이오차(biochar)를 제조하기 위한 반탄화 장치에 관한 것으로서, 1차 및 2차 슬러지건조관을 상하 2단 구조로 설치하고, 그 하부에 건조슬러지를 반탄화하는 반탄화관을 설치하며, 1차 및 2차 슬러지건조관 및 반탄화관을 감싸도록 설치된 건조관외통을 설치하고, 열풍공급부에서 생성되는 열풍을 건조관외통으로 공급하여 슬러지 건조 및 반탄화 과정을 순차적으로 진행하되, 1차 및 2차 슬러지건조관에서 배출되는 발생가스와 건조과외통에서 발생되는 배기가스를 혼합한 후 저온 플라즈마장치를 통과시켜 아크 플라즈마와 접촉시켜 발생가스 및 배기가스에 포함된 오염물질를 제거할 수 있는 유기성 폐기물의 바이오차 제조를 위한 반탄화 장치에 관한 것이다.
