Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a multiplex PCR primer set for identifying a fowl adenovirus (FAdV) serotype and use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multiplex PCR primer set composition consisting of three primer sets that can detect FAdV-4, FAdV-8b, and FAdV-11 type simultaneously, a kit including the composition for identifying an FAdV serotype, and a method for identifying an FAdV serotype by using the composition. 본 발명은 가금 아데노바이러스(FAdV) 혈청형 판별을 위한 멀티플렉스용 프라이머 세트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 FAdV-4, FAdV-8b 및 FAdV-11형을 동시에 감별 검출할 수 있는 3개의 프라이머 세트로 이루어진 멀티플렉스 PCR용 프라이머 세트 조성물, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 FAdV 혈청형 판별용 키트 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 FAdV 혈청형 판별 방법에 관한 것이다.
