FRICTION STIR WELDING APPARATUS FOR FABRICATION OF PROPELLANT TANK MOLDING STRUCTURES

The present invention relates to a friction stirring-welding apparatus and, more particularly, to a friction stirring-welding apparatus for manufacturing propellant tank molding structures, which can easily perform friction stirring-welding on facing straight parts between a plurality of curved panels in manufacturing a ring-shaped structure by bonding the curved panels. The friction stirring-welding apparatus comprises: a worktable to an upper side of which a plurality of curved panels are fixed so that both ends thereof are in contact with each other to form a ring shape; and a welding machine which performs friction stirring-welding on straight parts in which the plurality of curved panels fixed to the worktable are in contact with each other. The welding machine includes: a guide module which is placed on the ground adjacent to the worktable; a support module which is connected to the guide module to be erected, and can be moved on a front part facing the worktable and a rear part, which is opposite the front part; and a head module which is connected to the support module so that a welding tool performing friction stirring-welding is provided toward the worktable and can be moved up and down. 본 발명은 마찰교반용접장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 복수 개의 곡면패널을 접합하여 링형 구조물을 제작하는데 있어 곡면패널 간 맞닿는 직선부에 대한 마찰교반용접을 용이하게 수행할 수 있게끔, 양단이 맞닿으며 링 형태를 이루도록 복수 개의 곡면패널이 상측에 고정되는 작업대; 및 상기 작업대에 고정된 복수 개의 곡면패널이 상호 맞닿은 직선부에 대하여 마찰교반용접을 수행하는 용접기;를 포함하되, 상기 용접기는, 상기 작업대와 인접한 지면에 놓여지는 가이드모듈과, 상기 가이드모듈에 세워지게끔 결합되고 가이드모듈을 따라 작업대를 향하는 전방과 이의 반대 방향인 후방으로 이동될 수 있는 지지모듈과, 마찰교반용접을 수행하는 용접공구가 작업대를 향해 구비되고 상하방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 지지모듈에 결합되는 헤드모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추진제 탱크 성형 구조물 제작을 위한 마찰교반용접장치에 관한 것이다.
