Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an anti-freeze agent composition applied to roads and sidewalk and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention is composed of pulp, a silane compound, wax, sodium chloride, and calcium chloride, and is prepared by: a pulp impregnation step of impregnating the pulp in a solution containing sodium chloride and calcium chloride and then drying the pulp; a silane compound coating step of putting the pulp prepared through the pulp impregnation step and the silane compound into a high-speed stirrer and stirring the same to coat the surface of the pulp with the silane compound; and a wax coating step of putting the pulp and wax coated with the silane compound through the silane compound coating step into a high-speed stirrer and stirring the same to coat the surface of the pulp with wax. The anti-freeze agent composition applied to roads and sidewalk, prepared the above components and steps, has effects of: preventing the surface of asphalt, traffic lane paint, and anti-slip paint from freezing in the winter; improving the durability of asphalt, traffic lane paint, and anti-slip paint; preventing corrosion of vehicles traveling on asphalt roads since the composition is prepared by coating the outer surface of pulp coated with sodium chloride and calcium chloride components with silane and wax; and maintaining the anti-freeze effect for a long time since the composition is evenly distributed on the surface or inside of asphalt, traffic lane paint, and anti-slip paint, and then is exposed gradually to the outside.
본 발명은 도로와 보도에 적용되는 결빙방지제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 펄프, 실란화합물, 왁스, 염화나트륨 및 염화칼슘으로 이루어지며, 염화나트륨과 염화칼슘이 함유된 용액에 펄프를 함침한 후에 건조하는 펄프함침단계, 상기 펄프함침단계를 통해 제조된 펄프와 실란화합물을 고속교반기에 투입하고 교반하여 펄프의 표면에 실란화합물을 코팅하는 실란화합물코팅단계 및 상기 실란화합물코팅단계를 통해 실란화합물이 코팅된 펄프와 왁스를 고속교반기에 투입하고 교반하여 펄프의 표면에 왁스를 코팅하는 왁스코팅단계를 통해 제조된다. 상기의 성분 및 과정을 통해 제조되는 도로와 보도에 적용되는 결빙방지제 조성물은 동절기 아스팔트, 차선용 도료 및 미끄럼 방지 도료의 표면이 동결되는 것을 예방하고, 아스팔트, 차선용 도료 및 미끄럼 방지 도료의 내구성을 향상시키면서도 염화나트륨과 염화칼슘 성분이 도포된 펄프의 외면을 실란 및 왁스로 코팅하여 제조되기 때문에 아스팔트 도로를 통행하는 차량 등의 부식을 예방할 수 있으며, 아스팔트, 차선용 도료 및 미끄럼 방지도료 표면이나 내부에 고르게 분포되어 서서히 외부로 노출되기 때문에, 오랜 기간 동안 결빙방지 효과를 유지할 수 있다. |
