Zusammenfassung: | Provided in the present specification is an organic-inorganic hybrid complex flame retardant which comprises a micro-substrate, nanoparticles, and a hybrid polymer comprising a main chain having a molecular structure represented by chemical formula 1: (SiO_(3/2))n-(SiO_2)m, wherein the n and m are integers in the range 800 to 900. A plurality of nanoparticles located on the surface of said micro-substrate, wherein the nanoparticles are bonded to the hybrid polymer.
