An effect of the present invention is that the fountain can be located inside and outside the water tank, respectively, as needed so that the portable fountain-type washing device that improves user convenience can be provided. 본 발명의 이동식 분수형 세면장치에 따르면, 세면대에 구비되고, 상기 세면대의 수조 내부와 외부로 위치 변경되며, 상부로 분수가 가능한 분수부;를 포함한다. 본 발명의 효과는, 분수부가 필요에 따라 수조의 내부와 외부에 각각 위치할 수 있어, 사용자의 편의를 향상시킨 이동식 분수형 세면장치를 제공할 수 있다.
