Zusammenfassung:The present provides a road traffic network system for on-site control in case of unexpected situations and disasters on roads with mixed self-driving cars, which includes an integrated control server (100) which receives emergency and disaster detection information from roads and multiple facilities around the roads connected through a communication network. The integrated control server (100) assigns a set level according to elements related to the disaster and unexpected levels included in the received information and transmits a response manual for each set level to a plurality of registered terminals. 본 발명은 통신 네트워크로 연결되는 도로 및 도로 주변의 복수 시설물로부터 돌발 및 재난 감지 정보를 수신하는 통합 관제 서버(100); 를 포함하고, 통합 관제 서버(100)는 수신된 정보들에 포함된 재난 및 돌발 등급의 관련 요소들에 따라 설정된 등급을 부여하고, 설정된 등급별 대응 메뉴얼을 등록된 복수의 단말들에 송신하는 것; 을 특징으로 하는 자율 주행차가 혼재된 도로에서 돌발상황 및 재난 발생 시 현장제어를 위한 도로교통 네트워크 시스템을 제공한다.
