Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of diabetic retinopathy comprising a peptide, wherein the peptide has a superior effect of inhibiting the production of neovascularization, loss of perivascular cells, and dilation of blood vessels in the retina, thereby inhibiting increased vascular permeability, inflammation, and the development of neovascularization, which can be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of retinopathy. 본 발명은 펩타이드를 포함하는 당뇨망막병증의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 펩타이드는 망막 내 신생 혈관의 생성, 혈관주위세포의 손실, 및 혈관의 확장을 억제하는 우수한 효과를 가짐으로써, 혈관의 투과성 증가, 염증 및 신생 혈관의 발생을 억제하여 망막병증의 예방 또는 치료를 위해 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
