Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a system for producing liquid fertilizer from livestock waste, purifying and recycling part of the produced liquid fertilizer, and a method for processing livestock manure using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a liquid fertilizer production and circulation compact system for reducing odor from livestock waste and a livestock waste treatment method using the same that can solve the problems of the existing liquid fertilizer production system, such as the generation of foul odor due to atmospheric volatilization of a large amount of ammonia nitrogen, excessive energy use and excessive non-weaving due to aeration tank operation, and low-quality fertilizer production due to low nitroxide concentration in liquid fertilizer. To achieve the above technical tasks, the present invention relates to a liquid fertilizer production and circulation compact system for reducing odor from livestock waste, which comprises: a pit unit consisting of a plurality of unit-type pits for producing a manure mixture by mixing the manure from a livestock farm and circulated liquid fertilizer; a contaminant removal unit which removes contaminants from the manure mixture in the pit unit; a solid-liquid separation unit which separates and processes the manure mixture from which contaminants have been removed; an anaerobic digestion unit which produces anaerobic digested products by anaerobically digesting the liquid separated from the solid-liquid separation unit; and an aerobic digestion unit which aerobically processes the anaerobic digest to produce liquid fertilizer.
본 발명은 축산분뇨로부터 액비를 생산하고, 생산된 액비 중 일부를 순화시켜 재활용하는 시스템 및 이를 이용한 축산분뇨 처리 방법에 관한 발명으로서, 기존 액비 생산 시스템의 문제점인 다량의 암모니아성 질소의 대기 휘산으로 인한 악취 발생, 포기조 운영에 의한 에너지 과다 사용과 과다 부직 확보, 액비의 낮은 질산화물 농도로 인한 저품질 비료 생산 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 축산분뇨의 악취 저감 액비 생산 및 순환 콤팩트 시스템, 이를 이용한 축산분뇨 처리방법에 관한 것이다. |
