The cold reserving box comprises: a body member which includes an outer body shell forming an outer surface, a body insulator built in the outer body shell to form an inner surface, and an insulator frame coupled to the outer body shell while at least a portion thereof makes contact with the body insulator, and connecting the outer body shell and the body insulator to each other, has an accommodation space formed therein, and has an open top; and a cover member which opens and closes the open top of the body member. The body insulator is built in the outer body skin while directly forming the inner surface of the body member so that the cold reserving box does not include a separate inner body skin, and thus the cold reserving box can be made lighter. In addition, the thickness of the body insulator can be increased by the thickness of the inner body skin so that the insulation performance of the cold reserving box can be further improved. In addition, by forming the cover member as a single insulating member, the cold reserving box can be made lighter compared to that including a multilayer cover member formed as a plurality of members. In addition, the entire cover member acts as an insulator so that the insulation performance of the cold reserving box can be further improved.
