Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a kombucha beverage using a rice saccharified solution. The method for manufacturing a kombucha beverage using a rice saccharified solution according to the present invention includes the steps of: preparing a rice saccharified solution; mixing the rice saccharified solution and leaf tea, to obtain a mixture, and obtaining an extract from the mixture; inoculating the extract with kombucha bacteria; and adding grain alcohol to the extract inoculated with the kombucha bacteria. 본 발명은 쌀 당화액을 이용한 콤부음료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 쌀 당화액을 이용한 콤부음료 제조방법은, 쌀 당화액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 쌀 당화액과 잎차를 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻고, 이로부터 추출액을 얻는 단계; 상기 추출액에 콤부균을 접종하는 단계; 및 상기 콤부균을 접종한 추출액에 곡물 주정을 첨가하는 단계;를 포함한다.
