The present invention relates to a honeycomb sandwich-type vacuum insulation panel and a vacuum insulation panel system. The honeycomb sandwich-type vacuum insulation panel and the vacuum insulation panel system may improve and maximize the insulation of a super-low-temperature liquid fuel storage tank and minimize heat loss by forming an insulation panel installed between primary and secondary barriers of the super-low-temperature liquid fuel storage tank as a honeycomb sandwich panel with a honeycomb structure.
