FINGER TYPE EXPANSION JOINT WITH STEEL DRAIN PLATE AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a finger-type expansion joint device with a steel drain plate and a construction method thereof, which may secure durability enough by using a steel drain plate instead of a rubber seal for the drainage of flowing water introduced into the finger-type expansion joint, and may be optimized for maintenance by being installed at the expansion joint part more stably. The finger-type expansion joint device with a steel drain plate comprises: a sliding plate which is installed to come in contact with a bottom surface of the finger plate, respectively, and plays a role as a sliding plate of the finger plate; and a drain plate which is made of a steel material, guides flowing water guided from the finger plate and the sliding plate to a separated space (S3) of a base plate by using a gap, and has one end formed with a U-shaped end curved part. 핑거형 신축이음장치로 유입되는 유수 배수를 위하여 고무씰(Rubber seal) 대신 강재 드레인플레이트를 사용하여 내구성을 충분히 확보할 수 있으면서도 신축이음부에 보다 안정적인 설치가 가능하여 유지관리에 최적화된 강재 드레인플레이트를 구비한 핑거형 신축이음장치 및 그 시공방법이 개시되며, 상기 강재 드레인플레이트를 구비한 핑거형 신축이음장치는 핑거플레이트의 저면에 각각 접하도록 설치되어 핑거플레이트의 슬라이딩판 역할을 하는 슬라이딩플레이트; 및 핑거플레이트와 슬라이딩플레이트로부터 유도된 유수가 틈새를 이용하여 베이스플레이트의 이격공간(S3)으로 유도되도록 하는 역할을 하는 것으로서 타측단부에는 U형 단부절곡부가 형성된 강재로 제작된 드레인플레이트;를 포함하게 된다.
