Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a flame retardant treatment method of a construction material using natural materials, for preventing the spread of fire caused by contact with various flames and forest fires, which comprises the steps of: (a) extracting fibers from natural materials; (b) immersing the extracted fibers in a certain concentration of salt water; (c) naturally drying the immersed fibers at room temperature; (d) braiding the naturally-dried fibers into threads or ropes and weaving the same into a mat shape having a certain width, thickness and length using a weaving machine; (e) placing the mat in an oven and drying the same at 60 to 80℃ for 4 to 6 minutes; (f) spraying a flame retardant solution evenly over the entire surface of the dried mat for painting; (g) placing the flame retardant solution-painted mat in the oven and heat treating the same at 180 to 200℃ for 8 to 12 minutes; and (h) naturally drying the heat treated mat at room temperature. 본 발명은 천연의 소재를 이용한 건설용 자재의 방염 처리 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 천연 소재로부터 섬유질을 추출하는 단계; (b) 상기 추출된 섬유질을 일정 농도의 염수에 침염하는 단계; (c) 상기 침염된 섬유질은 상온에서 자연 건조하는 단계; (d) 상기 자연 건조된 섬유질을 실 또는 로프 형상으로 꼰 후 직조기를 이용하여 일정 폭, 두께 및 길이를 갖는 매트의 형상으로 직조하는 단계; (e) 상기 매트를 오븐에 넣고 60~80℃에서 4~6분 동안 건조하는 단계; (f) 상기 건조된 매트의 표면 전체에 걸쳐 방염액을 고르게 분사하여 도장하는 단계; (g) 상기 방염액이 도장된 매트를 오븐에 넣고 180~200℃에서 8~12분 동안 열처리하는 단계; (h) 상기 열처리된 된 매트를 상온에서 자연 건조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것이다.
