Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing a gel-type oxygenated water with an increased amount of dissolved oxygen and improved stability by trapping oxygenated water in a gel network structure, and to a cosmetic composition containing the gel-type oxygenated water produced by the method, wherein PEG-240/HDI COPOLYMER BIS-DECYLTETRADECETH-20 ETHER is utilized to trap oxygenated water in a gel network structure, and sodium hyaluronate or sodium acetylated hyaluronate is added thereto, such that dissolved oxygen is packed and remained stable, and thus the cosmetic composition has a long term stability, enhances collagen synthesis, filaggrin synthesis and elastin synthesis, and is effective for moisturizing, skin improvement, and scalp improvement. 본 발명은 산소수를 겔 네트워크 (gel network) 구조 안에 트랩핑하여 용존산소량을 늘리고 안정성을 높인 젤타입 산소수의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조한 젤타입 산소수를 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 산소수를 겔 네트워크 구조 안에 트랩핑하기 위하여 피이지-240/에이치디아이코폴리머비스-데실테트라데세스-20에터(PEG-240/HDI COPOLYMER BIS-DECYLTETRADECETH-20 ETHER)를 이용하고, 여기에 소듐하이알루로네이트(Sodium Hyaluronate) 또는 소듐아세틸레이티드하이알루로네이트(Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate)를 첨가함으로써 용존산소가 패킹되어 안정하게 유지되어 장기 안정성이 높으면서, 콜라겐 합성, 필라그린 합성 및 엘라스틴 합성을 증진시키며, 보습, 피부 개선, 두피 개선에 효능을 발휘하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
