The first step includes a primary sandblasting step and a secondary sandblasting step. The primary sandblasting step is performed with a primary abrasive with a particle size of #80 ± 5 % at a spraying pressure of 3 to 8 KG/cm^2 for a spraying time of 25 to 35 seconds.
