Efficacy valuation method of agricultural materials against the sucking pests bioassay container for it and efficacy evaluation kit comprising the container

The present invention relates to a bioassay container for evaluating medicinal efficacy of agricultural materials for sucking pests, a kit for evaluating medicinal efficacy including the container, and a method for rapidly and simply evaluating medicinal efficacy of agricultural materials for sucking pests using the container. According to the present invention, the bioassay container for evaluating medicinal efficacy of agricultural materials for sucking pests comprises: a bottom tray having a water storage part formed therein; and a cover covering the bottom tray to prevent the sucking pests from escaping, wherein during evaluation of the medicinal efficacy, a filter paper is placed on the water storage part of the bottom tray, and a predetermined portion of a plant immersed in the agricultural material to be evaluated is placed on the filter paper. According to the present invention, the bioassay container and the method and the kit for evaluating medicinal efficacy using the same, water is continuously supplied to the immersed plant portion through the filter paper from the water storing part at a lower end portion of the container, thereby enabling the evaluation of the medicinal efficacy of agricultural materials in a convenient manner without additional supply of water, and reducing the time required for the evaluation of the medicinal efficacy of agricultural materials due to the convenient manufacture and use thereof. 본 발명은 흡즙성 해충류에 대한 농자재의 약효를 평가하기 위한 생물검정 용기, 이 용기를 포함하는 약효평가용 키트, 그리고 이 용기를 이용하여 흡즙성 해충류에 대한 농자재의 약효를 신속하고 간편하게 평가하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 흡즙성 해충류의 농자재 약효평가용 생물검정 용기는, 내측에 물 저장부를 갖는 바닥 트레이와; 상기 바닥 트레이 위에 씌워져 흡즙성 해충의 이탈을 방지하는 커버;를 포함하며, 약효평가 시 상기 바닥 트레이의 물 저장부 위에는 필터페이퍼가 놓이게 되고, 상기 필터페이퍼 위에는 평가대상 농자재에 침지된 침지된 식물의 소정 부분이 놓이게 된다. 본 발명의 생물검정 용기와 이를 이용한 약효평가방법 및 약효평가용 키트는 용기 하단부의 물 저장부에서 필터페이퍼를 통해 침지된 식물 부분에 수분이 지속적으로 공급되므로 물의 추가공급없이 간편하게 농자재의 약효를 평가할 수 있고, 제작 및 사용이 간편하므로 농자재의 약효평가에 소요되는 시간을 줄일 수 있다.
