Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a lactobacillus fermented extract of perilla frutescens, wherein the lactobacillus is lactobacillus plantarum strain, and more preferably, lactobacillus plantarum (SKB1234, accession No. KCCM12450P) strain. The fermented extract has an efficacy of inhibiting the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1), enhances the expression of the 17th collagen inhibited by UVB damage, and inhibits interleukin 8 (IL-8) which is a proinflammatory chemokine, from generating, thereby improving the elasticity of skin and wrinkles, and alleviating skin inflammatory symptoms. Accordingly, the composition can be easily used as a functional cosmetic composition for improving skin states. 본 발명은 자소엽의 유산균 발효 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 유산균은 락토바실러스 플랜타럼(Lactobacillus plantarum) 균주, 더 바람직하게는 락토바실러스 플랜타럼 (Lactobacillus plantarum SKB1234, 수탁번호: KCCM12450P) 균주인 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 발효 추출물은 MMP-1(matrix metalloproteinase-1)의 발현을 저해하는 효능이 있고, UVB 손상으로 억제된 제17형 콜라겐 발현을 증강시키며, 전염증성 케모카인(proinflammatory chemokine)인 IL-8(Interleukin 8)의 생성을 억제하여, 피부의 탄력을 증진시키고, 주름개선 및 피부 염증 증상을 완화함으로써, 피부 상태 개선용 기능성 화장료 조성물로 용이하게 이용가능하다.
