WEB-OPEN TYPE STEEL BOX BRIDGE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH

Disclosed are: a steel box having an open web unit, which is able to be rapidly manufactured and be economical since extension sections on both end units (L1) are formed with both end unit steel boxes having an upper flange, a lower flange, and both side walls, and the central extension section (L2, L=2*L1+L2) excluding the extension sections on both end units (L1) has only vertical steel members apart from each other in a longitudinal direction without both side walls formed on an upper flange and a lower flange; a bridge manufactured by using the same; and a construction method thereof. The steel box having the open web unit comprises: steel boxes on both end units formed on the extension sections on both end extended units (L1) on the whole extended length (L) to have an upper flange, a lower flange, and both side walls and to have a 'ㅁ'-shaped closed cross-section; and vertical steel members formed on the central extension section (L2, L=2*L1+L2) excluding the extension sections on both end extended units (L1) to be apart from each other in a longitudinal direction by respectively corresponding to the both side walls without forming both side walls on the upper flange and the lower flange. 양 단부 연장구간(L1)은 상,하부 플랜지 및 양 측벽을 구비한 양 단부강재박스로 형성시키고, 양 단부 연장구간(L1)을 제외한 중앙 연장구간(L2, L=2*L1+L2)에서는 상,하부플랜지에 양 측벽을 형성시키지 않고, 종방향으로 서로 이격된 수직강재만 형성시켜 신속하게 제작이 가능하여 경제적인 개방형복부를 가진 강재박스, 이를 이용하여 제작된 교량 및 시공방법이 개시되며, 상기 개방형복부를 가진 강재박스는 전체 연장길이(L)에서 양 단부 연장구간(L1)은 상부플랜지, 하부플랜지 및 양 측벽을 구비하여 폐합형 단면인 ㅁ자형 단면으로 형성된 양 단부강재박스; 및 상기 양 단부 연장구간(L1)을 제외한 중앙 연장구간(L2, L=2*L1+L2)에서는 상부플랜지)와 하부플랜지에 양 측벽을 형성시키지 않고, 양 측벽에 각각 대응하여 종방향으로 서로 이격설치된 수직강재를 포함하게 된다.
