HRSG Non-replaceable filter with advance and retractable iron oxide dust collector of Heat Recovery Steam Generator

The present invention provides an apparatus for preventing HRSG iron oxide from scattering and capable of insertion/discharge and having a non-replaceable filter, which is able to allow the conventional filter of the apparatus for preventing HRSG iron oxide, which can be discharged from the conventional exhaust heat recovery boiler, from scattering to be used semi-permanently. The filter apparatus innovatively reduces facility operation costs in accordance with frequent replacement of the filter, and prevents stoppage of the gas turbine power generation when an abnormal differential pressure occurs following the function of insertion/discharge. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a filter guide unit (100) arranged to penetrate to the sides of an exhaust path (26) through which boiler exhaust gas is discharged; a filter unit (200) located on the outer side of the exhaust path (26) along the filter guide unit (100), and allowing the discharge of exhaust gas, or filtering foreign matter in the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust path (26) of the boiler while being located inside the exhaust path (26) along the filter guide unit (100); a filter moving unit (300) moving the filter unit (200) forward to be located in the exhaust path (26) or moving the filter unit (200) backward to be located outside the exhaust path (26); a filter cleaning unit (400) removing pollutants collected in the filter unit (200) moved backward by the filter moving unit (300); and a control unit (500) controlling the filter moving unit (300) and the filter cleaning unit (400). 본 발명은 기존 배열회수 보일러에서 배출될 수 있는 산화철 배출을 방지하기 위한 산화철 HRSG 산화철 비산예방장치의 기존 필터를 반영구적으로 사용 가능하게 하여 잦은 필터교체에 따른 설비 운영비의 획기적인 절감이 가능하고, 인입/인출 기능에 의해 비정상 차압 발생 시 가스터빈 발전정지를 예방할 수 있는 인입 인출이 가능한 필터 무교환식 HRSG 산화철 비산예방장치를 제공하는 데 있다.본 발명의 특징은, 보일러의 배기가스가 배출되는 배기로(26)의 측방으로 관통되게 구비되는 필터가이드부(100)와, 필터가이드부(100)를 따라 배기로(26)의 외측에 위치되어 배기가스의 배출을 허용하거나, 필터가이드부(100)를 따라 배기로(26)의 내측에 위치된 상태로 보일러의 배기로(26)에서 배출되는 배기가스의 이물질을 필터링하는 필터부(200)와, 필터부(200)를 전진시켜서 배기로(26)의 내측에 위치시키거나 필터부(200)를 후진시켜서 배기로(26)의 외측에 위치시키는 필터이동부(300)와, 필터이동부(300)에 의해 후진되는 필터부(200)에 포집된 오염물질을 청소하는 필터청소부(400)와, 필터이동부(300) 및 필터청소부(400)를 제어하는 제어부(500)를 포함한다.
