Safety Gloves and Manufacturing Method thereof

The object of the present invention is to provide safety gloves capable of providing a comfortable wearing sensation to a user even when a guard member made of a rubber material is provided on a back part of a hand and a back part of a finger, and a manufacturing method thereof. The safety gloves according to one embodiment of the present invention comprise: a back member having a shape of the back part of the hand and the back part of the finger; a bottom member having a shape of a bottom part of the hand and a bottom part of the finger; an inter-hand member coupled between the back part of the finger and the bottom part of the finger; a guard member made of a thermoplastic rubber material divided into multiple parts on an outer surface of the back member; and a buffer member having a shape corresponding to the shape of the back member and bonded to an inner surface of the back member. 본 발명은 손등과 손가락의 등부위에 고무 재질의 가드부재를 구비하는 경우에도 사용자에게 편안한 착용감을 제공할 수 있는 안전장갑 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 안전장갑은 손등부 및 손가락등부의 형상을 가지는 등부재; 손바닥부 및 손가락바닥부의 형상을 가지는 바닥부재; 상기 손가락등부와 상기 손가락바닥부 사이에 결합되는 손사이부재; 상기 등부재의 외측면에 복수개로 분할되어 구비되는 열가소성 고무 재질로 이루어진 가드부재; 및 상기 등부재의 형상에 대응하는 형상을 가지고 상기 등부재의 내측면에 본딩접합된 버퍼부재;를 포함한다.
