Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a method for an early recovery of the damage to an environmental basic facility in the event of disaster, which may shorten a recovery period. The method for an early recovery of the damage to an environmental basic facility in the event of disaster according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a step of monitoring a public institution and an environmental basic facility; a step of acquiring monitoring information including weather information, on-site monitoring information, sensing information, and image information through the monitoring; a step of receiving weather forecast information, disaster status information including information on a currently occurring disaster, and weather disaster information including a disaster notice including detailed information on the disaster from the public institution; a step of outputting the monitoring information and the weather disaster information; a step of receiving the disaster information and damage information caused by the disaster while the disaster information and the damage information are based on the monitoring information and the weather disaster information; a step of outputting a recovery scenario including a detailed recovery procedure in response to the disaster information and the damage information; and a step of outputting a recovery wizard including a guide for performing the recovery procedure in response to the recovery scenario. 일 실시예는 공공기관 및 환경기초시설을 모니터링하는 단계; 상기 모니터링을 통해 기상정보, 현장모니터링정보, 센싱정보 및 영상정보를 포함하는 모니터링정보를 획득하는 단계; 기상예보정보, 현재 발생한 재난재해에 대한 정보를 포함하는 재난재해현황정보 및 상기 재난재해에 대한 상세정보를 포함하는 재난통보문이 포함된 기상재난재해정보를 상기 공공기관으로부터 수신하는 단계; 상기 모니터링정보 및 상기 기상재난재해정보를 출력하는 단계; 상기 재난재해가 발생한 경우, 재난재해정보 및 상기 재난재해로 인한 피해정보를 입력받되, 상기 재난재해정보 및 상기 피해정보는 상기 모니터링정보 및 상기 기상재난재해정보에 기반하는 단계; 상기 재난재해정보 및 상기 피해정보에 대응하여 세부적인 복구절차를 포함하는 복구시나리오를 출력하는 단계; 및 상기 복구시나리오에 대응하여 상기 복구절차를 수행하기 위한 가이드(guide)를 포함하는 복구마법사를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 재난재해시 환경기초시설의 피해를 조기에 복구하기 위한 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
