Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for preparing a carbon monoxide adsorbent, comprising the steps: a) impregnating a porous matrix with chitosan; b) adding a monovalent copper compound to the chitosan-impregnated porous matrix; and c) calcining the same under an inert gas atmosphere. The present invention further relates to a carbon monoxide adsorbent prepared therefrom. According to the present invention, the carbon monoxide adsorbent can maintain carbon monoxide adsorption capacity even when the carbon monoxide adsorbent is exposed to air for a long period of time. 본 발명은 a) 다공성 매트릭스에 키토산을 함침시키는 단계; b) 상기 키토산이 함침된 다공성 매트릭스에 1가 구리 화합물을 첨착시키는 단계; 및 c) 불활성 기체 분위기 하에서 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는, 일산화탄소 흡착제의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 일산화탄소 흡착제에 관한 것으로서, 일산화탄소 흡착제가 장기간 공기 중에 노출되더라도 일산화탄소 흡착 용량을 유지할 수 있는 일산화탄소 흡착제를 제공할 수 있다.
