Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing a partial denture and a partial denture produced thereby. According to the present invention, a partial denture is formed of a resin tooth and an acrylic cover for protecting the outer surface thereof, such that the partial denture has durability and can prevent a feeling of irritation. The method for producing a partial denture comprises: a first step of: scanning the shape of gums and teeth on both sides of an empty space where a denture should be installed, and generating external shape modeling data for the entire external shape of the denture using the scanned data through a modeling program; a second step of modeling the shape of a core part which can be accommodated inside the external shape from the external shape modeling data and then generating core part modeling data; a third step of producing a core denture by transmitting the core modeling data generated in the second step to a 3D printer; a fourth step of producing a molding mold by forming molding grooves in a mold based on the external shape modeling data generated in the first step; a fifth step of inserting the core denture produced in the third step into the mold produced in the fourth step and then injecting a molding liquid into the core denture, wherein the molding liquid surrounds the outer surface of the core denture so that the core denture is charged into the molding liquid, and an external protective body and the core denture are molded as one piece; and a sixth step of extracting the denture from the molding mold after completing the molding in the fifth step. 본 발명은 에 관한 것으로, 틀니를 끼워야할 빈 공간의 잇몸과 양측 치아의 형상을 스캐닝하고, 스캐닝한 데이터를 모델링 프로그램을 통해 의치의 전체 외부 형상에 대한 외부 형상 모델링 데이터를 생성하는 1단계; 상기 외부 형상 모델링 데이터에서 외부 형상의 내부에 수용될 수 있는 코어부의 형상을 모델링 한 후 코어부 모델링 데이터를 생성하는 2단계; 상기 2단계에서 생성된 코어부 모델링 데이터를 3D프린터로 전송하여 코어부 의치를 제작하는 3단계; 상기 1단계에서 생성된 외부 형상 모델링 데이터에 근거하여 몰드에 성형홈을 형성하여 성형몰드를 제작하는 4단계; 상기 4단계에서 제작된 성형몰드에 상기 3단계에서 제작된 코어부 의치를 삽입한 후 성형액을 주입하되 상기 코어부 의치의 외면을 감싸도록 하여 코어부 의치가 성형액의 내부에 장입되도록 하여 외부 보호체와 코어부 의치가 일체로 성형되도록 하는 5단계; 상기 5단계에서 성형을 마친 후 성형몰드에서 틀니를 추출하는 6단계;를 포함한다.
