Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a cooling tank for stabilizing a battery in case of a fire in an electric vehicle. The present invention is provided with a waterproof plate (10) which is spread on a bottom surface around the electric vehicle when the wheels of the electric vehicle are lifted from the bottom surface by a lifting means, such as a lifting bag (9). An air injection-type multistage wall tube (20), which has a hole (20a) formed in the center to pass through the electric vehicle, to be seated at an upper part of the bottom surface, and to surround the electric vehicle, is positioned to form a temporary wall surface. Thereafter, the waterproof plate (10) surrounds the air injection-type multistage wall tube (20) to construct a water tank in a shape of containing the electric vehicle. The present invention may construct a water tank in a shape of containing an electric vehicle by the combination of the waterproof plate (10) and the air injection-type multistage wall tube (20) by spreading an edge portion of the waterproof plate (10) to surround the air injection-type multistage wall tube (20) from the inside thereof to the outside thereof, or may construct a water tank in a shape of containing an electric vehicle by spreading the waterproof plate (10) on the bottom surface around the electric vehicle before coupling the air injection-type multistage wall tube (20) around the electric vehicle, then seating the air injection-type multistage wall tube (20) at an upper part of the waterproof plate (10), and, in this state, allowing the waterproof plate (10) to surround the air injection-type multistage wall tube (20) from the outside thereof to the inside thereof, so water is filled in the water tank, and the battery of the electric vehicle is flooded, thereby stabilizing the battery. 본 발명은 전기자동차 화재시 배터리를 안정화시키기 위한 냉각조를 제공하는 것으로서, 방수판체(10)를 구비하여 리프팅백(9)과 같은 리프팅 수단에 의해 전기자동차의 바퀴가 바닥면으로부터 들려지면 전기자동차를 중심으로 바닥면에 펼쳐질 수 있도록 하고, 중앙에 홀(20a)이 형성되어 전기자동차를 통과하여 바닥면 상부에 안착되어 전기자동차를 빙두르는 공기주입형 다단벽튜브(20)를 위치시켜 임시 벽면을 구성토록 하며, 그 후 방수판체(10)를 공기주입형 다단벽튜브(20)를 감싸도록 하여 전기자동차를 담는 형태의 수조가 구축되게 하되, 상기 방수판체(10)의 가장자리 부분을 펼쳐 공기주입형 다단벽튜브(20)의 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 감싸지도록 함으로써 방수판체(10)와 공기주입형 다단벽튜브(20) 서로 간의 연합으로 전기자동차를 담는 형태의 수조가 구축되게 하거나, 또는 전기자동차를 중심으로 공기주입형 다단벽튜브(20) 결합하기에 앞서 방수판체(10)가 전기자동차를 중심으로 바닥면에 넓게 펼쳐지도록 후 방수판체(10) 상부에 공기주입형 다단벽튜브(20)가 얹혀지도록 안착하며, 상기 상태에서 방수판체(10)를 공기주입형 다단벽튜브(20)의 바깥쪽에서 안쪽으로 감싸지도록 함으로써 전기자동차를 담는 형태의 수조가 구축되게 함으로써, 수조 내부로 물을 채움에 따라 전기자동차의 배터리가 침수되어 배터리가 안정화되게 하
