Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing: as active ingredients, a royal jelly extract; and a fermented extract obtained by fermenting a complex extract of lemon thyme and honey locust with a Lactobacillus strain. The composition provided in the present invention is manufactured from natural materials to be safe without cytotoxicity when applied to the skin, and has excellent skin improvement effects such as skin moisturizing, skin barrier strengthening, and wrinkle alleviating efficacy, thereby being useful as an anti-aging cosmetic material. 본 발명은 로얄젤리 추출물; 및 레몬타임과 허니로커스트의 복합 추출물을 락토바실러스 균주로 발효한 발효 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 조성물은 천연 물질로부터 제조되어 피부에 적용 시 세포 독성이 없이 안전할 뿐만 아니라, 피부 보습, 피부 장벽 강화 및 주름 개선 등 피부 개선 효능이 매우 우수하므로 항노화 화장료로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
