Automatic opening and shutting device for monitor roof

The present invention relates to an automatic monitor roof opening and shutting device for ventilation, which automatically opens and shuts a vent by lifting and lowering the monitor roof which covers the vent of the roof. The automatic monitor roof opening and shutting device for ventilation according to the present invention, which can reduce impacts and noise caused by the driving of a motor, comprises: a lower rail which is provided along the vent of the roof; an upper rail which is provided along the monitor roof which covers the vent; a plurality of lifting arm units which include a first arm having a lower end fixed to the lower rail and upper end provided with an upper movement roller moving along the upper rail, and a second arm having an upper end fixed to the lower rail, a lower end provided with a lower movement roller moving along the lower rail, and having a central portion hinge-coupled with a hinge pin to cross with the first arm in an X-shape; first and second pulleys which are installed at both sides of the vent; a wire which connects the first and second pulleys and is fixed and coupled to a lower part of the second arm; and a motor which moves the wire by rotating the first pulley to move the lifting arm units upward or downward. 본 발명은 지붕의 환기구를 덮고 있는 솟을지붕을 승하강시켜서 환기구를 자동으로 개폐시키는 환기용 솟을지붕 자동개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 환기용 솟을지붕 자동개폐장치는 지붕의 환기구를 따라 구비되는 하부레일; 상기 환기구를 덮는 솟을지붕을 따라 구비되는 상부레일; 하단이 상기 하부레일에 고정되고 상단에는 상기 상부레일을 따라 이동하는 상부이동롤러가 구비되는 제1암과, 상단이 상기 하부레일에 고정되고 하단에는 상기 하부레일을 따라 이동하는 하부이동롤러가 구비되며 중앙부위가 힌지핀으로 힌지결합되어서 상기 제1암과 X자로 교차하는 제2암을 포함하는 복수의 승하강암유닛; 상기 환기구의 양측에 설치되는 제1풀리와 제2풀리; 상기 제1풀리와 제2풀리를 연결하고, 상기 제2암의 하부에 고정결합되는 와이어; 상기 제1풀리를 회전시켜서 상기 와이어를 이동시킴으로써, 상기 승하강암유닛을 승강 또는 하강시키는 모터;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
