PRODUCTION APPARATUS FOR LIVESTOCK CARCASS BIODEGRADATION TREATMENT AGENT

The present invention relates to a production device capable of producing and supplying a treatment agent at a site in which the biodegradable treatment of livestock carcasses is required. More specifically, the production device comprises: a culture tank having a culture medium containing water and molasses and aerobic microorganisms introduced respectively, equipped with a stirrer to produce a biodegradable treatment agent through aeration while stirring the introduced culture medium and microorganisms, and equipped with an outlet to selectively discharge the produced biodegradable treatment agent; a sterilization unit connected to the culture tank and pre-sterilizing the competing microorganisms by heating the culture medium accommodated in the culture tank to a preset temperature and pressure before introducing the microorganisms; a cooling unit connected to the culture tank and cooling an internal space of the culture tank to the preset temperature before introducing the microorganisms to create conditions for microbial activity; an aeration unit connected to the culture tank and injecting air into the culture medium and microorganisms introduced into the culture tank; and a housing having the internal space, provided with one or more entrances for opening and closing the internal space, and accommodating the culture tank, sterilization unit, cooling unit, and aeration unit.
