Manufacture Device of Knit with Rectangular Reticulation Structure

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a fabric with a rectangular mesh structure in which the warp structure and weft structure are the same pitch to prevent stretching in a vertical direction and to prevent sagging of the fabric. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing mesh fabric with a rhombic mesh structure comprises: a supply roll on which a circular rhombic-shaped mesh structure fabric is wound; a drum-type shelf installed to guide and rotate the circular diamond-shaped mesh structure fabric supplied from the supply roll while transforming the fabric to form a rectangular mesh structure in which warp and weft intersect in a perpendicular state; a cutter installed at the exit side of the drum-type shelf and cutting the rectangular mesh structured fabric rotated and guided by the drum-type shelf in a spiral direction at a 45 angular degrees to change the circular shape into a horizontal mesh shape; a tenter in which the rectangular mesh fabric, which has been changed into the horizontal mesh shape through the cutter, is moved in a state in which both edges in the longitudinal direction are stretched and supported to maintain the deformed shape; a liquid spray device installed at the upper part of the tenter and spraying a setting liquid consisting of a polymer solution onto the fabric; a dryer drying and curing the setting liquid coated on the knit; and a storage device stacking or winding and storing rectangular mesh fabric in which the setting liquid has dried and cured. 본 발명은 수직방향의 하중에 유리하고 편성물이 늘어지는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 경사와 위사가 동일한 조직을 갖는 사각형 망상구조의 편성물을 제조하는 것이 가능한 사각형 망상구조를 갖는 편성물 제조장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 사각형 망상구조를 갖는 편성물 제조장치는 환편 마름모형상 망상구조 편성물이 권취된 공급롤과, 공급롤로부터 공급되는 환편 마름모형상 망상구조 편성물을 경사와 위사가 수직한 상태로 교차하는 사각형 망상구조를 이루도록 변형시키면서 안내하며 자전하도록 설치되는 드럼형 선반과, 드럼형 선반의 출구쪽에 설치되고 상기 드럼형 선반에 의하여 회전하면서 안내되는 사각형 망상구조 편성물을 환편형상이 횡편형상으로 변경되도록 45도 각도의 나선방향을 따라 절개하는 절단기와, 절단기를 통하여 횡편형상으로 변경된 사각형 망상구조 편성물이 변형된 형태를 유지하도록 길이방향 양쪽 테두리가 인장되어 지지되는 상태로 이동되는 텐터기와, 텐터기의 상부에 설치되고 고분자용액으로 이루어진 세팅액을 편성물에 분사하는 액분사장치와, 편성물에 코팅된 세팅액을 건조 및 경화시키는 건조기와, 세팅액이 건조 및 경화된 사각형 망상구조 편성물을 적층 또는 권취하여 보관하는 보관장치를 포함한다.
