| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing purified snake venom with an inactivated toxic component comprising: a step of inactivating toxicity of the snake venom. The obtained purified snake venom of an aqueous solution has excellent safety and stability for long-term preservation; and suppresses cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and tumour necrosis factor α (TNF-α). The purified snake venom is usefully used as the method for manufacturing purified snake venom comprising a step of inactivating toxicity of the snake venom, or a cosmetic composition for preventing or improving inflammatory skin diseases containing the purified snake venom obtained by the manufacturing method as an active component.
본 발명은 독성 성분이 불활성화된 정제사독 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 사독의 독성을 불활성화하는 단계를 포함하는 정제사독 제조방법으로 수득한 수용액 상태의 정제사독이 안전성 및 장기보존에 대한 안정성이 우수하고, COX-2(cyclooxygenase-2) 및 TNF-α(tumour necrosis factor α) 활성을 억제하는 것을 확인함으로써, 사독의 독성을 불활성화하는 단계를 포함하는 정제사독 제조방법 또는 상기 제조방법으로 수득한 정제사독을 유효성분으로 포함하는 염증성 피부질환 예방 또는 개선용 화장료 조성물로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. |
