Zusammenfassung:	A drive motor cooling device and a system thereof and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The drive motor cooling device includes an oil reserve tank through which cooling oil flows. The drive motor cooling device comprises: a first water jacket formed with a first cooling water channel vertically penetrating the oil reserve tank; and a second water jacket in which a second cooling water channel corresponding to the first cooling water channel is formed.
