The disclosed pipe cleaning device (1000) comprises: a propulsion means (100) which moves a pipe cleaning means (300) along a pipe; a driving assistance means (200) which comprises a first driving assistance means (200-1) coupled to a first pipe cleaning means (300-1) and a second driving assistance means (200-2) coupled to a second pipe cleaning means (300-2), and assists in driving of the pipe cleaning device (1000); and a pipe cleaning means (300) which comprises a first pipe cleaning means (300-1) arranged at the rear side of the pipe cleaning device (1000) and a second pipe cleaning means (300-2) arranged at the front side of the pipe cleaning device (1000), and removes foreign substances attached to the inside of the pipe.
