Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is a thick steel plate having excellent ultra low temperature toughness in a weld heat-affected zone, the steel plate comprising 0.03 to 0.08 wt% of C, 0.10 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of Si, 1.0 to 2.5 wt% of Mn, 0.01 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of P, 0.01 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of S, 4.50 to 4.97 wt% of Ni, 0.1 to 0.8 wt% of Cr, 0.1 to 0.6 wt% of Mo, 0.1 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of Al, 0.01 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of N, and the balance iron and other inevitable impurities. The steel plate may have a carbon equivalent (Ceq) of 0.7 or more represented by formula 1.
본 발명은 용접 열영향부 극저온 인성이 우수한 후강판으로서, 중량%로, C: 0.03∼0.08%, Si: 0.10% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음), Mn: 1.0∼2.5%, P: 0.01% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음), S: 0.01% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음), Ni: 4.50∼4.97%, Cr: 0.1~0.8%, Mo: 0.1~0.6%, Al: 0.1 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음), N: 0.01% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)를 함유하고, 잔부가 철 및 기타 불가피한 불순물인 강판이며, 상기 강판은 하기 식 1로 나타내어지는 탄소당량(Ceq)이 0.7 이상을 포함할 수 있다. |
