Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an upper rod reinforcement for a door and the upper rail reinforcement. The upper rod reinforcement, which is attached to install an upper rod as a rotating member inside an upper door frame to facilitate the opening and closing operation of a glass door, is produced by extruding an extrusion bar in the shape shown in FIG. 2, cutting the extrusion bar to match the width of the upper door frame, and then boring the extrusion bar to form a hinge hole and a bolt hole, thereby shortening the production process, improving productivity, and reducing the cost of production. 본 발명은 도어용 상로드 보강대 제조방법 및 상로드 보강대에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히 설명하면 유리 도어의 개폐작동을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 상부 문틀 내부에 회동부재인 상로드를 설치하기 위해 부착하는 상로드 보강대는 압출바를 "JPEG112022116752932-pat00006.jpg830" 형상으로 압출가공한 다음 상부 문틀의 폭에 맞게 압출바를 절단한 후, 상부 문틀의 폭에 맞게 압출바를 절단한 다음 힌지공 및 볼트공을 형성하도록 천공하여 상로드 보강대를 완성하는 방식으로 인해 생산공정을 단축하여 생산성 향상 및 생산단가를 낮출 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
