Zusammenfassung:A polarization multiplexing and encoding method in a visible light communication system based on a metal nanoparticle and a device thereof are disclosed. According to an embodiment, an encoding method of a receiver using polarization characteristics in a visible light communication system based on a metal nanoparticle performed by a computer device comprises the following steps of: separating a received signal into left and right circularly polarized light by passing the received signal through a linear polarizer and estimating a phase delay difference; and estimating the phase delay difference to detect a transmission symbol. 금속 나노 입자 기반 가시광 통신 시스템에서 편광 다중화 및 인코딩 방법 및 장치가 제시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 컴퓨터 장치에 의해 수행되는 금속 나노 입자 기반 가시광 통신 시스템에서 편광 특성을 이용한 수신기의 인코딩 방법은, 수신 신호를 선형 편광기(linear polarizer)를 통과시켜 좌, 우 원편광으로 분리하고, 위상 지연 차를 추정하는 단계; 및 상기 위상 지연 차를 추정하여 송신 심볼을 검출하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다.
