Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a fermented pomegranate composition for improving bone health or women's menopausal symptoms containing a high content of ellagic acid and gallic acid with increased absorption in a body and a manufacturing method using an EFC process, and more specifically, to a fermented pomegranate composition for improving bone health or women's menopausal symptoms, which ferments pomegranate with specific enzymes and strains using the EFC process, so that active ingredients such as the gallic acid and ellagic acid are significantly increased. 본 발명은 체내흡수율이 증가된 엘라그산과 갈산을 고함량 포함하는 뼈건강 또는 여성갱년기 증상 개선용 설류 발효조성물 및 EFC 공법을 이용한 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 EFC 공법을 이용하여 석류를 특정 효소와 균주로 발효하여 갈산과 엘라그산 등 유효성분이 현저하게 증가되어 뼈건강 또는 여성갱년기 증상 개선용 석류 발효조성물과 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
