CRUSHING AND DRYING APPARATUS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLE

The present invention relates to a device for crushing and drying fruits and vegetables, which is suitable for operation in small and medium-sized fruit and vegetable handling facilities, alleviates a problem caused by juice generated in a crushing process of fruits and vegetables, and facilitates drying of fruits and vegetables more smoothly during a treatment process. The device for crushing and drying fruits and vegetables includes: an impeller rotating in the drying space of a housing; a fruit and vegetable supplier for supplying fruits and vegetables to the drying space; a crusher between the fruit and vegetable feeder and the drying space; and a mixed material supplier for supplying a mixed material for water adsorption to the drying space, wherein the impeller stirs and dries the crushed fruits and vegetables and mixed materials. 본 발명은 중소규모의 과채류 취급시설 등에서 운용하기에 적합하고, 과채류의 파쇄과정에서 발생하는 액즙에 의한 문제를 완화하며, 처리과정에서 과채류의 건조작용이 보다 원활하게 이루어지는 과채류의 파쇄 및 건조장치로서, 하우징의 건조공간에서 회전하는 임펠러와, 상기 건조공간으로 과채류를 공급하는 과채류공급기와, 상기 과채류공급기와 상기 건조공간 사이의 파쇄기와, 상기 건조공간으로 물기흡착용 혼합재를 공급하는 혼합재공급기를 포함하고, 임펠러가 파쇄된 과채류와 혼합재를 교반 및 건조시킨다.
