Aerogel blanket automatic laminating device and method therefor

According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for automatically laminating an aerogel blanket fabric may comprise: a two-stage frame which forms an upper space and a lower space; an unwinder unit which unwinds a fabric to be laminated; a first laminator which is disposed in the lower space and laminates the unwound aerogel blanket fabric and a PTFE fabric for an upper side; a second laminator which is disposed in the lower space and laminates the fabric laminated by the first laminator and a PTFE fabric for a lower side; an embossing device which is disposed in the lower space and performs embossing work on the laminated fabric; a cooler which lowers a temperature of the embossed fabric; and a rewinder which winds the fabric of which the temperature is lowered in a roll shape. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide high efficiency by maintaining a weight of the unwound fabric constant. 본 발명의 일 실시례에 따른 에어로젤 블랭킷 원단 자동 라미네이팅 장치는, 상부 공간 및 하부 공간을 형성하는 2단프레임, 라미네이팅 할 원단을 언와인딩하는 언와인더부, 하부 공간에 배치되고, 언와인딩 된 에어로젤 블랭킷 원단 및 상부용 PTFE 원단을 라미네이팅하는 제1라미네이터, 하부 공간에 배치되고, 제1라미네이터가 라미네이팅한 원단과 하부용 PTFE 원단을 라미네이팅하는 제2라미네이터, 하부 공간에 배치되고, 라미네이팅 된 원단에 엠보싱 작업을 수행하는 엠보싱기, 엠보싱 작업된 원단의 온도를 낮추는 냉각기 및 온도가 낮아진 원단을 롤 형태로 감는 리와인더를 포함할 수 있다.
