Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a shock absorption pad composition with excellent drainage and anti-slip properties due to formation of horizontal and vertical drains and drain holes, a manufacturing method thereof, and a shock absorption pad manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the shock absorption pad composition comprises: a mixed resin polymer prepared by mixing at least one among 10 to 100 parts by weight of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), 1 to 30 parts by weight of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), 1 to 30 parts by weight of polypropylene (PP), 1 to 50 parts by weight of polyurethane (PU), 1 to 50 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 1 to 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), 1 to 100 parts by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), and 10 to 100 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene (SBS); 1 to 30 parts by weight of a foaming agent; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of pigment; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent; 1 to 80 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a UV stabilizer. Accordingly, a shock absorption pad, in which protrusions and drains are formed, on the basis of the mixed resin polymer, thereby providing excellent shock absorption for vertical loads, excellent horizontal and vertical drainage due to the drains, and excellent anti-slip properties due to a pattern on a protruding surface.
본 발명은 가로·세로 배수로와 배수구가 형성되어 배수성 및 미끄럼 방지성이 우수한 충격흡수패드를 제조하기 위한 조성물에 있어서, 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LDPE) 10~100 중량부, 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 1~30 중량부, 폴리프로필렌(PP) 1~30 중량부, 폴리우레탄(PU) 1~50 중량부, 폴리 비닐 알코올(PVA) 1~50 중량부, 폴리 비닐 부티랄(PVB) 1~100 중량부, 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트(EVA) 1~100 중량부및 스티렌부타디엔스티렌(SBS) 10~100 중량부 중에서 하나 이상을 혼합하여 혼합수지 중합체를 조성하고, 발포제 1~30 중량부, 안료 0.5~5 중량부, 가교제 0.1~5 중량부, 탄산칼슘 1~80 중량부 및 UV 안정제 0.1~5 중량부를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이며, 또한, 상기 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 충격흡수패드에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 혼합수지 중합체를 기반으로 하여, 돌기 및 배수로가 형성되는 충격흡수패드를 제조함으로써, 수직 하중에 대한 충격 흡수성과 배수로에 의한 수평·수직 배수성 및 돌기 표면의 문양으로 미끄럼 방지성이 우수한 충격흡수패드를 제공한다. |
