Zusammenfassung:	A spiral earphone case according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a case part that extends in a spiral shape and is formed with a through-hole for accommodating a wired earphone; and a guide part that passes through the through-hole and pulls the wired earphone in/out of the through-hole, wherein the guide part may comprise a guide line, a jack fixing ring connected to the guide line and fixing a jack of the wired earphone, and a hand grip connected to both ends of the guide line so that a user can pull the guide line. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing the line from being tangled. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 나선형 이어폰 케이스는 나선형으로 연장되고 유선 이어폰 수용을 위한 관통홀이 형성된 케이스부 및 상기 관통홀을 통과하며, 상기 유선 이어폰을 상기 관통홀 내외부로 당기는 가이드부를 포함하며, 상기 가이드부는, 가이드줄, 상기 가이드줄에 연결되어, 상기 유선 이어폰의 잭을 고정하는 잭 고정고리 및 상기 가이드줄의 양단에 연결되어, 사용자가 상기 가이드줄을 잡아당길 수 있도록 하는 핸드 그립을 포함할 수 있다.
