Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a multi-speed reducer for a ship and, more specifically, to a multi-speed reducer for a ship, which allows a forward gear part to be selectively selected and used depending on whether a ship is in a light load state in which prizes or cargo is not loaded on the ship or when the ship is fully loaded with prizes or cargo. The multi-speed reducer for a ship comprises: a first forward gear part (100) connected to an engine installed at the rear of a hull by an input shaft (10), and having a clutch unit (200) installed on an inner side thereof; a second forward gear part (300) installed to be connected to the first forward gear part (100) by a joint gear part (400), having the clutch unit (200) installed on an inner side thereof, and having a rotational speed smaller than that of the first forward gear part (100); a main drive gear part (500) gear-coupled with the first and second forward gear parts (100, 300) and having an output shaft (510) connected to a screw positioned outside the hull; and a reverse gear part (600) installed to be gear-coupled with the first forward gear part (100) and the main drive gear part (500) and having the clutch unit (200) installed therein.
본 발명은 선박용 다단 감속기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 선박에 포획물이나 짐이 실어지지 않는 경하시나 선박에 포획물이나 짐이 실어진 만재시에 따라 선택적으로 전진기어부를 선택하여 사용할 수 있도록 선박용 다단 감속기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 선체의 후방에 설치되는 엔진에 입력축(10)을 매개로 연결되되 내측에 클러치유닛(200)이 설치된 제1전진기어부(100); 상기 제1전진기어부(100)에 조인트기어부(400)를 매개로 연결되게 설치되되 내측에 클러치유닛(200)이 설치되고, 상기 제1전진기어부(100) 보다 작은 회전속도를 갖는 제2전진기어부(300); 상기 제1,2전진기어부(100,300)에 기어결합되고, 선체의 외부에 위치하는 스크류에 연결되는 출력축(510)이 설치되는 메인구동기어부(500); 상기 제1전진기어부(100)와 메인구동기어부(500)에 기어결합되게 설치되되 내부에 클러치유닛(200)이 설치된 후진기어부(600);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
