Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for pre-processing a body fluid sample of a cancer patient to perform 3D culture to be suitable to an anticancer drug screening, and a method for performing 3D culture with respect to the preprocessed body fluid sample on a pillar plate and screening a patient-specific anticancer drug. According to the present invention, an anticancer drug screening may be performed at low costs by using body fluid which used to be collected for diagnosing cancer and discarded after the cancer diagnosis in prior art. Furthermore, according to the present invention, even when a small amount of cells, which are separated after body fluid separated from a cancer patient is pre-processed in a simple process such as filtering, centrifugation, and red blood cell removal, are divided, 3D cultures may be evenly formed on the culture plate in a pillar structure. Because the anticancer drug is screened by using a P0 cell without subculture, an anticancer drug suitable to each patient may be quickly and precisely screened. To this end, the present invention comprises: a step of collecting body fluid; a step of performing centrifugation; and a step of removing red blood cells from the separated body fluid.
본 발명은 항암제 스크리닝에 적합하도록 3D 배양하기 위한 암 환자의 체액 시료 전처리 방법 및 상기 전처리된 체액 시료를 필라 플레이트에 3D 배양하고 환자 맞춤형 항암제를 스크리닝 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 종래 암 진단을 위해 수집되어 암 진단 후 폐기되던 체액을 이용하여 저렴한 비용으로 항암제 스크리닝이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 암 환자로부터 분리된 체액을 필터링, 원심분리, 적혈구 제거와 같은 단순 공정으로 전처리한 후 분리된 소량의 세포만을 분주하여도, 필라 구조의 배양 플레이트에 3D 배양물이 균일하게 형성되고, 계대 배양 없이 P0 세포를 이용하여 항암제를 스크리닝 하기 때문에 개별 환자에 적합한 항암제를 신속하고 정확하게 스크리닝 가능한 장점이 있다. |
