PLUM SEED REMOVAL AND FRUIT DIVIDER

A plum seed removal and flesh dividing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame which is provided at a predetermined height on the ground; a plurality of trays which are arranged in series at predetermined intervals to have raw plums placed thereon; a rectangular unit plate which supports the plurality of trays; a chain unit which is provided at the lower end of the plurality of unit plates, to move the plurality of unit plates by a predetermined interval in a predetermined cycle; a driving unit which drives the chain unit; and a cutting machine which is provided at a predetermined point, to separate seeds and flesh by vertically compressing raw plums placed on the plurality of trays. 본 발명의 일 실시례에 따른 매실 씨 제거 및 과육 분할 기기는, 지면에 기설정된 높이로 마련되는 프레임, 매실 원물을 안착시키도록 기설정된 간격으로 직렬 배치되는 다수의 트레이, 다수의 트레이를 지지하는 직사각 판상의 단위플레이트, 다수의 단위플레이트 하단에 마련되어 다수의 단위플레이트를 기설정된 주기로 기설정된 간격 이동시키는 체인부, 체인부를 구동하는 구동부 및 기설정된 지점에 마련되어 다수의 트레이에 안착된 매실 원물을 상하방향으로 압착하여 씨와 과육을 분리하는 절단기를 포함할 수 있다.
