Zusammenfassung:A non-contact roll defect inspection device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a sliding unit that slides forward and backward in a predetermined direction; a post frame standing vertically on the upper surface of the sliding unit; a swing device unit having one end fixed to one end of the post frame and the other end swingable at a predetermined angle; a vertical sliding unit having one end fixed to the other end of the swing device unit and the other end being slidable up and down; and an irradiation head unit fixed to the other end of the vertical sliding unit and inspecting the surface of a cylindrical roll subjected to a grinding operation using a phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) method. Accordingly, the non-contact roll defect inspection device is capable of improving inspection efficiency while preventing scratches and vibrations during roll surface inspection (flaw inspection) and improving the inconvenience of setting the number of flaw inspection. 본 발명의 일 실시례에 따른 비접촉 롤 탐상 장치는, 기설정된 방향으로 전후진 슬라이딩하는 슬라이딩유닛, 슬라이딩유닛 상면에 수직으로 기립되는 포스트프레임, 포스트프레임 일단에 일단이 고정되고, 타단이 기설정된 각도로 스윙 가능하도록 마련되는 스윙디바이스유닛, 스윙디바이스유닛 타단에 일단이 고정되고, 타단이 상하 슬라이딩 가능하도록 마련되는 상하슬라이딩유닛 및 상하슬라이딩유닛의 타단에 고정되고, 위상 배열 초음파(PAUT) 방식으로 연삭 작업된 원기둥 형상의 롤 표면을 검사하는 조사헤드유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
