Actuator with zipper-type chain unit applied

The present invention relates to an actuator applied with a zipper-type chain unit. In particular, the actuator with a zipper-type chain unit comprises: a first plate in which a first left-sided guidance groove and a first right-sided guidance groove are formed on the left and right sides in an inner side surface thereof; a second plate of which inner side surface is disposed to face the inner side surface of the first plate and in which a second left-sided guidance groove and a second right-sided guidance groove are formed on opposite sides of the first left-sided guidance groove and the first right-sided guidance groove, respectively; a zipper-type chain unit which includes a first chain moving forward and backward along the first and second left-sided guidance grooves and a second chain moving forward and backward along the first and second right-sided guidance grooves and coming out to the outside of an upper surface of the first and second plates in a state of being engaged with the first chain to have rigidity; a sprocket which moves the first and second chains forward and backward; and a drive motor which provides rotational force to the sprocket. The present invention has an effect of improving processability, like easily forming a groove (the first left-sided and right-sided guidance grooves and the second left-sided and right-sided grooves) guiding a forward and backward movement of the zipper-type chain unit as a bight even when the first and second plates are made of materials with weak rigidity such as polycarbonate (PC). 본 발명은 지퍼형 체인유닛이 적용된 구동장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 내측면 좌우에 일정깊이의 제1좌측 가이드홈과 제1우측 가이드홈이 형성된 제1플레이트와; 내측면이 상기 제1플레이트의 내측면과 마주보게 배치되고, 상기 제1좌측 가이드홈 맞은편과 제1우측 가이드홈의 맞은편에 제2좌측 가이드홈과 제2우측 가이드홈이 각각 형성된 제2플레이트와; 상기 제1,2좌측 가이드홈을 따라 진퇴운동을 하는 제1체인과, 상기 제1,2우측 가이드홈을 따라 진퇴운동을 하고 제1체인과 맞물려 강직성을 갖는 상태로 제1,2플레이트의 상면 밖으로 인출되는 제2체인을 포함하는 지퍼형 체인유닛과; 상기 제1체인과 제2체인을 진퇴운동시키는 스프라켓과; 상기 스프라켓에 회전력을 제공하는 구동모터;를 포함하여 구성되어, 제1,2플레이트가 PC(Poly Carbonate)와 같이 강도가 약한 재질로 이루어질 경우에도 지퍼형 체인유닛의 진퇴를 안내하는 홈(제1좌우측 가이드홈과 제2좌우측 가이드홈)을 바이트로 용이하게 형성시키는 등 가공성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
