Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system and method for analyzing a reservoir water surface area based on a satellite image that continuously observe the water surface area of a small/medium-sized agricultural reservoir that is vulnerable to drought regardless of a weather condition throughout the year and generate the flow rate prediction information, wherein the present invention continuously observes the water surface area of the small/medium-sized agricultural reservoir regardless of the weather condition throughout the year and intuitively grasps a degree of drought across the country, thereby providing the drought forecasting/warning support information through the production of the stable flow rate prediction information. The system comprises: a satellite image collection module; a preprocessing module; a water surface area estimation module; a water surface area demonstration module; and an evaluation module. 본 발명은 가뭄에 취약한 중·소규모 농업용 저수지의 수표면적을 연중 기상 조건과 상관없이 연속적으로 관측하고 유량 예측정보를 생성할 수 있는 위성영상 기반 저수지 수표면적 분석 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 중·소규모 농업용 저수지의 수표면적을 연중 기상 조건과 상관없이 연속적으로 관측하여 전국적인 가뭄의 정도를 직관적으로 파악하고, 안정적인 유량 예측정보 생산을 통해 가뭄 예·경보 지원정보를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
