The present invention relates to a glycated hemoglobin measurement kit which comprises: a reagent container having a barrel shape with openings on both sides and including a blocking film which blocks one opening and forms a reagent storage portion in which a reagent for measuring glycated hemoglobin in blood is accommodated; a washing liquid container having a barrel shape with openings on both sides and including an auxiliary blocking film which blocks one opening and forms a washing liquid storage portion in which a washing liquid for washing a reaction liquid reacted by mixing blood and the reagent is stored; and a container holder forming a detachable portion into which a measuring strip for measuring glycated hemoglobin is attached and detached and a measurement hole through which a portion of the measuring strip attached and detached from the detachable portion is exposed, and allowing the reagent container or the washing liquid container to be selectively attached and detachable to selectively provide the reaction liquid or the washing liquid toward the measurement hole.
